I was pretty young when I first heard this song, young enough to have no idea what the heck Enola Gay was. Then I learned. Years later, in high school, we had to read Hiroshima in class and the song had new meaning.

Today is the anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. Just something to ponder.
